Ingredients
- 4 Servings Chickpea Pasta of Choice
- 1/4 Cup Raw Cashews, Pre-soaked 1 hour
- 10 Ounces Butternut Squash, Cooked
- 1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/4 Cup Plain Almond Milk
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions

Make 4 servings of chickpea pasta per the instructions provided. Then drain and set aside.

To make the cheese sauce, add all remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Add the cheese sauce to a small saucepan on medium heat. Heat the sauce to desired temperature then add in the cooked pasta and stir until the pasta is covered in "cheese". Enjoy!
