Quick and Easy Black Bean Soup
This warm and filing black bean soup has a nice spicy kick and a smooth creamy base. It takes just a few common ingredients and 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Black Beans, Drained and Blended
- 1.5 Cups Black Beans, Drained (not blended)
- 4 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 3/4 Cup Fresh Medium Salsa
- 4 Ounces Tuscan Kale (about 4 cups)
- 3/4 Tbsp Chili Powder
Instructions

Add 3 cups of rinsed and drained black beans to a blender and blend until smooth.

Turn the stove on medium-high heat and put all ingredients into a large sauce pan.

Cook for 10-15 minutes or until kale is tender.

- If desired, top with avocado and tortilla chips.
