Ingredients
Slaw
- 1 English Cucumber, Spiralized
- 2 Cups Brocolli Slaw (shredded broccoli)
- 3/4 Cups Green Onion, Diced
- 1 Pink Lady Apple, Diced
- Optional Additions: Nuts, Edamame, Tofu, or Dried Fruits of Choice
Peanut Butter Dressing
- 1/3 Cup PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1.5 Tsp Soy Sauce (optional)
Instructions

Put all pre-diced slaw ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, wisk together all dressing ingredients.

Pour dressing over top of the slaw and toss.
