Green Goddess Kale and Apple Salad
A quick and easy single-serve salad topped with avocado, beets, carrots, apple, and chicken.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Baby Kale (56g/ 2oz)
- 3 Ounces Grilled Chicken
- 2 Beets (70g/ 2.5oz)
- 1/3 Cup Diced Apple (50g/ 1.7oz)
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Carrot (35g/ 1.25oz)
- 2 Tbsp Avocado (28g/ 1oz)
- 2 Tbsp Annie's Lite Green Goddess Dressing
Instructions

Dice up your chicken, apple, avocado, and beets.

Add kale to your salad bowl then top with all remaining ingredients and dressing.
