Sweet Red Pepper Hummus
A clean and simple 5-ingredient hummus recipe that is easy to make and super versatile. This hummus utilizes sweet roasted red bell pepper and sesame tahini giving it a rich and smooth texture. Try it out with your favorite veggies, in a pita, with grilled chicken, or how ever you'd like!

Ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Can Garbanzo Beans (15.5 ounces)
- 2 Tsp Tahini (salted)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Instructions

Heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cover a baking sheet in foil.

Core and deseed the red bell pepper, then cut it in half and place each half on the baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and then soak up any excess moisture with a paper towel.

Drain and rinse your garbanzo beans.

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
