A slightly sweet, lemony hummus dip made with beets, garbanzo beans, and a few other simple ingredients.

- 3 Small Cooked Beets (100g)
- 1.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1.5 Cup Drained Garbanzo Beans
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- Salt (if desired)
