Chimichurri Dressing
This healthy, oil-free Chimichurri Dressing recipe is perfect on top of a salad, as a marinade, or drizzled over grilled steak.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1 Shallot
- 1/3 Cup Face 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Lemon, Juiced (about 1/4 cup of juice)
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Diced Jalapeno
- 2 Tsp Erythritol (or coconut sugar)
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until shallot and herbs are chopped finely.

Serve as a dressing, marinade, or sauce!
