Green Machine Salad
This super healthy salad will ensure you get plenty of greens in your diet! Packed with nutrient-dense vegetables like sunflower sprouts, kale, and broccoli this salad is high in iron and fiber, but low in calories.

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Power Greens Lettuce (baby chard, kale, and spinach)
- 1 Cup Sunflower Sprouts
- 1 Cup Broccoli Florets, Steamed or Raw
- 8 Sugar Snap Peas, Raw
- 6 Asparagus Spears, Steamed or Grilled
- 2 Tbsp Green Peas, Steamed or Raw
- 1 Serving Lemon Basil Dressing (see recipe in notes)
Instructions

Cut your asparagus, snap peas, and broccoli florets into 1" pieces.

Fill a large bowl with all of the ingredients above.

Top with Lemon Basil Dressing and serve!

- Lemon Basil Dressing can also be substituted for a green goddess dressing or vinaigrette of choice.
- For a more calorie and protein dense salad try adding grilled tempeh, avocado, and raw sunflower seeds.
