Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
This simple dressing is sweet, tangy, and delicious. It takes just 4 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare. Pair it with your favorite salad or use it as a marinade and sauce for cooking tofu and other proteins.

Ingredients
- 1 – 5.3 Ounce Container Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt (see notes)
- 2/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Date or Coconut Sugar
Instructions

Wisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.

Serve over top of a salad of your choosing!
