Mocha Chocolate Chip Protein Squares
These little protein squares are sweet and chocolatey with a hint of coffee. With less than 75 calories, 5.5g of protein, and just 3g of sugar they make the perfect snack or dessert.

Ingredients
- 50 g Date Paste (see notes)
- 2 Scoops MRM Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- 28 g Lily's Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips 55% Cocoa (120 chips)
- 2 Tbsp Egg Whites
- 2 Tbsp Coffee Grounds
- 3 Tbsp Walnut Pieces
Instructions

Add all ingredients except the walnuts and chocolate chips to a food processor or powerful bender. Blend until the mixture becomes a coarse, sand-like texture and sticks together when pressed between your fingers. If needed, add additional teaspoons of egg whites for more moisture.

Add chocolate chips and walnuts to the mixture and pulse briefly.

Remove dough from food processor and use your hands or a piece of wax paper to press the dough into a small square tupperware (about 5"x5").

Cut into 9 square pieces and enjoy!
