No-Oil Lemon Tahini Dressing
This tangy, creamy dressing is as versatile as it is it healthy. It compliments both veggie and protein dishes and can be thrown together in minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 2 Tbsp Garbanzo Beans (canned)
- 2 Tbsp Garbanzo Bean "Juice" (see notes)
- 1/2 Tbsp White Miso Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Small Shallot 15g
Instructions

Get out all of your ingredients. Be sure not to drain liquid from the garbanzo beans.

Blend all ingredients listed above in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Drizzle over a salad, protein dish, or use in a wrap. Enjoy!
Notes
- Using the extra liquid from your canned garbanzo beans will allow you to thin out the dressing without making it too watery or bland.
