- 1.5 Cups Cannellini Beans, Drained
- 2 Servings Nutiva Vanilla Plant Protein Powder (or protein powder of choice)
- 2/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Tbsp Black Strap Molasses
- 20 Drops Monkfruit Extract (optional)

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
