Pumpkin Spice Dressing
This unique dressing features pumpkin, a hint of apple, some sweet black strap molasses, and all of your favorite fall spices. It is sweet, healthy, and pairs perfectly with a harvest salad with brussels sprouts, apple, and butternut squash.

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1.5 Tbsp Raisins
- 1 Tbsp Walnuts
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Black Strap Molasses (see notes)
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 Tsp Ginger
- 1/8 Tsp All Spice (optional)
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve overtop of a bed of greens and enjoy!
Notes
- The black strap molasses can be omitted or substituted with maple syrup or honey; however, it won't have as rich and complex of a flavor.
