Salted Maple Chickpea Blondies
These blondies are dense and chewy with an amazingly rich maple flavor. Using chickpeas instead of flour, dates instead of sugar, and almond butter instead of oil, you can feel good about treating yourself to this sweet treat.

Ingredients
- 1 Can Chick Peas
- 12 Pitted Deglet Noor Dates (80g)
- 3 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 Tsp Maple Flavor (see notes)
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- Coconut Oil Spray
- Sea Salt (about 1/4 tsp, coarse ground)
Instructions

Preheat your oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray a bread loaf pan with coconut oil.

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into the prepared bread loaf and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy!
