Spicy Mango Dressing & Marinade
This sweet and spicy mango recipe goes great with leafy greens or as a marinade for proteins. It’s fresh, healthy, and requires just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 Small Mango (5.5 ounces)
- 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper (see notes)

Peel and core the mango.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
- This recipe is spicy! I’d suggest starting with 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper and taste testing before adding the other 1/2 tsp.
