Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Roasted Flax Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Raw Chia Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Raw Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 Cup + 3 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt (if desired)
Instructions
-
Put all ingredients in a bowl and soak overnight.
-
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Use a rubber spatula to spread the seeds over the parchment paper. Try to get them as thin as possible without having any gaps between the seeds. If you have trouble you can also place an additional piece of parchment paper on top of the seeds and use a rolling pin to spread out the mixture.
-
Use a butter knife to cut dough into squares.
-
Bake for 2 hours then remove from the oven and carefully flip over the crackers with a spatula. Alternatively, you can do this by getting a second piece of parchment paper, placing it on top of the crackers, then flipping over the entire thing.
-
Place the crackers back in the oven for an additional 2-2.5 hours or until the crackers are dry and crispy.
-
Serve with hummus or you favorite dip!
