Beet Hummus

A slightly sweet, lemony hummus dip made with beets, garbanzo beans, and a few other simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 Small Cooked Beets (100g)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 Cup Drained Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
