6Pitted Dates (82g)
2ScoopsMRM All-Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
½CupReduced Fat Unsweetened Dried Coconut Shreds
¼CupRaw Cashews
⅛CupUnsweetened Cashew Milk
1TspCoconut Extract
Instructions
Use food processor to blend 6 dates until it becomes a dough like consistency.
Add all dry ingredients and 1 tsp coconut extract and blend again until dates are mixed throughout.
Add 1 tbs of cashew milk and pulse briefly. Check consistency to see if you can form a dough when pressing mixture together. If not add more cashew milk until a dough can be formed in your hands.
Remove dough from food processor and create a 1 inch thick log like shape on parchment or wax paper.
Cut log into bars and serve!
