Green Goddess Kale and Apple Salad

A quick and easy single-serve salad topped with avocado, beets, carrots, apple, and chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Baby Kale (56g/ 2oz)
  • 3 Ounces Grilled Chicken
  • 2 Beets (70g/ 2.5oz)
  • 1/3 Cup Diced Apple (50g/ 1.7oz)
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Carrot (35g/ 1.25oz)
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado (28g/ 1oz)
  • 2 Tbsp Annie's Lite Green Goddess Dressing

Instructions

  1. Dice up your chicken, apple, avocado, and beets. 

  2. Add kale to your salad bowl then top with all remaining ingredients and dressing. 

  3. Serve!
